Dave returned to his hometown of Columbus to assume the role of Senior Pastor on June 1, 2014. He assumed this role following 12 years in Pastoral ministry and 16 years in Missions ministry.  He is a graduate of Columbus North H.S., Bryan College (Tennessee), and Grace Theological Seminary.  Pastor Dave & Debbie celebrated 45 years of marriage in June of 2023, and they have 4 grown children.  They also have 10 grandchildren.  Dave enjoys reading, spending time with children & grandchildren, playing golf, and watching sports. His life verse is 2 Corinthians 5:9,  “Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him.”

Benjamin serves as the Associate Senior Pastor at the Bible Church of Columbus, where he brings a lifelong love for God’s Word and a heart for relationships.  His journey in ministry began early, shaped by godly parents, AWANA memory verses, and a
moment as a teenager when Ezekiel 3 made his calling unmistakably clear: God was sending him to minister to his own people.

Over the years, Benjamin has served in a variety of roles—from camp ministry and nonprofit leadership to trucking and pastoral work -
each season deepening his love for discipleship and the everyday faithfulness of God’s people.  His time at Bethel Baptist
strengthened his passion for walking with others, and his work with Highway Connections taught him the joys and challenges of reaching truck drivers with the gospel.

Benjamin and his wife, Erin, have five children—Colin, Keagan, Calleigh, Audrey, and Loralai—and are joyfully expecting their sixth in July 2026.  He enjoys studying the Old Testament, playing guitar, reading with a good cup of coffee, walking his dog Blaze, and
playing everything from board games to penandpaper RPGs.
